There is a place in Japan called Okinawa. Where the people are living a stress-free happy life, they know the purpose of their life. And the place (Okinawa) is called the Land of Immortals.

How do we find our purpose in Life? To get the answer to this question, we have to find our Ikigai. The Okinawa people followed a technique called Ikigai: A Japanese secret to a long and happy life. It means the value of life. Everyone has a reason to be born on the earth. We have to find it! We have to find our Ikigai!

In this book, we can get the answer to, "how to find our Ikigai?" and "how do we live a long and happy life?".

Genre: Self-help book

Published year: 2016

About the Book:

To find out about our Ikigai, we have to know about the four dimensions of the Ikigai. Passion, Mission, Vocation, and Profession are the four dimensions of the Ikigai. Your Ikigai must be Something you're good at, a Thing that you love to do, The world should need it and you have to get paid for it.

Passion: It is the thing that what you're good at and what you love to do, then it becomes your passion. Only passion does not make your Ikigai that you didn't get paid for it.

Mission: The thing that you love to do and the world also needs, is known as a mission.

Vocation: You have to get paid by doing the thing that the world needs are your vocation. Vocation alone does not make your Ikigai until you're not good at and loved the thing you do.

Profession: When you get paid for what you're good at, is your profession. Your profession is your Ikigai unless you love to do it.

Ikigai is the combination of all these four dimensions. When all these dimensions satisfy that one thing, That's your Ikigai. When you love something, that the world needs and you can get paid but you're not good at it. That's not your Ikigai, but you can make it as your Ikigai. There is no one in the world who is born talented. You can improve your skills and You can make it. Your Ikigai is the way to your stress-free happy and long life.

Conclusion:

Ikigai is one of my favorite self-help books. I know the secret to a long and happy life. I really loved it. It actually helps me to find my Ikigai and I'm working towards it. Find your Ikigai! Find the purpose of your life! Make your stress-free and Happy life.
